Our delivery area is limited to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free.

What Theerdinary customers should know about tracking and addresses
As soon as tracking is available, shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the contact information supplied at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Details from Theerdinary on returns after delivery
Free standard outbound shipping does not reduce the 30-day no-reason return right. For every approved no-reason return or exchange, Theerdinary also pays the return shipping cost and provides a prepaid label or equivalent free arrangement.

What Theerdinary customers should know about delivery issues
For a delivery problem shown by tracking, or if an order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact Support@Theerdinary.shop or 2094086034. We will work with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution under our Refund Policy.

Theerdinary: processing and transit
We normally prepare orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. After an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, estimated transit time is 4-6 business days. The combined estimated delivery window is therefore normally 5-8 business days, although carrier disruptions, weather, peak periods, address issues, or events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
